Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of your receipt of the order merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards, boxes, and/or pouches must be included with your return. If customers fail to send their returns in 30 days from shipped date, their return request will be voided. All returned shipping fees must be paid by buyer. No refund will be made for damaged parts. Shipping, handing, and insurance fees are NOT refundable.
Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday with the exception of federal holidays. Return processing begins after customer’s package is delivered to us. For any inquires concerning returns or exchanges, please contact Customer service.
